These Terms set out the rules for using DealSheet AI. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

1. About the Service

DealSheet AI helps users create, calculate and manage deal sheets using AI generated outputs. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may update, improve or modify features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

3. Your Account

If the app requires an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login secure
  • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
  • All activity under your account

You must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app.

  • Subscriptions are billed through the app store and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
  • Payments are handled securely by the app store and we do not process or store card details.

No refunds are provided except where required by law or the app store's policies.

5. Use of AI Features

AI generated outputs are based on the information you provide.

  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any AI generated content before using it.
  • Outputs may not always be correct, complete or appropriate for your situation.
  • Do not rely on AI results as your sole basis for financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful, harmful or misleading activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or compromise the service
  • Upload content that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights
  • Overload or misuse the AI features in a way that affects service quality

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are broken.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, branding, design and underlying technology belong to the developer. You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without permission.

Any content you enter remains yours, but you grant us permission to process it as needed to operate the service.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may change or remove features, restrict access or suspend the service for maintenance or improvement. We will try to minimise disruption, although we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers

  • The app provides tools and calculations but does not offer financial advice.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's outputs.
  • The service is provided without warranties of any kind except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI generated outputs

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the previous 12 months, where allowed by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
